With a legacy rooted in the UK construction industry, Mr. Bains successfully operated his own refurbishment and M&E contracting business and led complex M&E and turnkey projects including:
• 350 units of residential developments
• 110 units care home projects for local authorities
• Chain of dental clinics and private practices
• Served as Facility Management Manager overseeing a Marriott Hotel in the UK, including associated apartments and penthouses.
After relocating to Dubai in 2020, Mr. Bains continued delivering excellence – completing over 70 complex refurbishments across high-end villas, apartments, spa and gym facilities, while overseeing M&E operations of projects valued from AED 1.5 – 25 Millon. In 2025, BBM officially launched, marking a new chapter of visionary leadership and uncompromising quality in the UAE.
